The Philadelphia Eagles recently surprised Ryan Quigley, a victim of the New Orleans terror attack, with an unforgettable opportunity. Quigley, who was injured in the tragic incident that took place on New Year's, received tickets to Super Bowl LIX, where the Eagles will face the Kansas City Chiefs. The surprise was revealed in a video featuring Eagles defensive end Brandon Graham, who organized the heartwarming gesture.

Quigley, a Lansdale Catholic alumnus and a friend of the late Tiger Bech, was deeply affected by the attack on Bourbon Street, which claimed 14 lives, including Bech’s. Both men attended Princeton University, where Bech excelled as a kick returner on the football team. Throughout the 2023 season, Quigley honored their tradition by attending every Eagles home game with Bech and had promised to take him to the Super Bowl if the team advanced far enough.

During a visit to the NovaCare Complex, Quigley was treated to a tour before Graham revealed the Super Bowl tickets. With the game approaching, Quigley intends to bring a piece of Bech with him to the event, particularly in the city where the attack occurred. "He would love nothing more than to be there," Quigley expressed, emphasizing his commitment to honoring his friend's memory by sharing his story.

Graham expressed the significance of this gesture, remarking, "I wanted to change that for him to conquer his fears." He believes that a meaningful experience will arise from Quigley’s attendance at the game. Additionally, Ginnie Bech, Tiger’s sister, appeared in the video to express her gratitude toward the Eagles for their support following the tragedy.

The Eagles will compete against the Chiefs for Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, February 9, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, uniting the community in both remembrance and hope.
