An incident at an Inglewood car dealership on Saturday resulted in eight injuries when a man, engaged in a dispute with the dealership, drove his vehicle into the showroom. The crash took place shortly after 2 p.m. at the CarMax located on La Cienega Boulevard and Manchester Avenue. Videos of the shocking event were circulated on social media.

According to Inglewood police Lt. C. Islas, the male customer left the dealership during the altercation, returned to his car, and deliberately drove through the showroom doors. This reckless act resulted in injuries to eight individuals, two of whom required transport to a trauma center.

Despite the seriousness of the incident, all victims were reported to have stable vital signs approximately four hours later, indicating their condition was under control. The injured party included both dealership employees and customers present at the time of the incident.

After fleeing the crash site, the suspect made his way to the Los Angeles Police Department's Ahmanson Recruit Training Center, located nearby on Manchester Avenue, where he was subsequently taken into custody by the authorities.

Inglewood police are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the dispute and the crash, aiming to gather additional details about the events leading up to this unsettling occurrence.
