A mother and aunt plead for help in finding loved one's killer

Three years after a tragic shooting in Philadelphia, the family of 18-year-old Konyae' Rice is urging the public for assistance in identifying his killer. Konyae' was remembered by his mother, Magdalena Rice, as a loving young man who spread warmth and affection to those around him.
On the night of March 5, 2022, Konyae' had intended to babysit his cousins, but when his aunt Denene Rice's shift was canceled, he left to spend time with friends in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Tragically, this outing would turn deadly.
At approximately 11:37 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting at 69th Avenue and Limekiln Pike, where they discovered two other young men, Lamir "Naseem" Timms and Ahmad Graham, fatally shot inside a white Kia Sportage.
While both victims were unable to escape, Konyae' managed to flee the vehicle but was chased down and shot. His family is still grappling with the devastating loss and the need for justice.
To aid in this effort, the City of Philadelphia has issued a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter. Authorities encourage anyone with details to contact the Citizens Crime Commission at 215-546-TIPS, assuring that all tips can remain anonymous.
