Lewiston driver charged with DUI after hitting multiple cars | FOX 28 Spokane

LEWISTON, Idaho - A driver is facing charges following a multi-vehicle incident in Lewiston. Police were dispatched to Thain Road after reports of a crash, where they spotted one driver attempting to flee the scene.

As the driver tried to escape, she collided with two additional vehicles. Authorities managed to catch up with her, observing her severely damaged car leaving a trail of sparks and smoke.

In an effort to evade police, she crossed into oncoming traffic and ultimately ended up pinning her car against the curb.

The driver has been charged with a DUI as a result of the incident. Fortunately, police reported that only minor injuries were sustained during the collisions.
