ROCHESTER (WBSM) -- Rochester Police have arrested a local resident, Nicholas Carnazza, on multiple serious charges, including three counts of aggravated rape and one count each of kidnapping, indecent assault, battery on a person aged 14 or over, and witness intimidation. This arrest took place on March 6.
