Two suspects involved in a shooting incident in downtown Boston were apprehended in Fall River early Sunday morning. The suspects were taken into custody following a traffic stop on Route 24 South, according to the Boston Police Department.

The events unfolded around 12:23 a.m. when Boston police responded to reports of shots fired on Kingston Street. Two male victims were identified; one was transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while the other sought treatment at the emergency room.

After the shooting, officers reviewed security footage that showed the suspects fleeing the scene in a vehicle. As the investigation continued, police tracked the suspects using security cameras, which captured one of them discarding an object out of the window as they drove onto I-93 South.

Hours later, Massachusetts State Police troopers were able to locate the vehicle and performed a stop on Route 24 South, leading to the suspects' arrests. Following their capture, they were returned to Boston for processing.
