A Nashville woman is facing charges after allegedly making nearly 20 calls to 911 following her ejection from a bar on Broadway. According to an arrest affidavit, Victoria Gutierrez claimed to have been "molested, stabbed, and assaulted." Metro Police responded to her emergency calls, prompting a search for her in the area.

Upon arrival at Broadway Brew House, officers learned that Gutierrez had been asked to leave due to her intoxication and was angry about it. Staff at the bar provided a description of her that contradicted Gutierrez's own account; she had described herself as a white woman with blond hair, but bar employees identified her as a Hispanic woman in a dress.

Officers eventually located Gutierrez, who denied calling 911 and insisted she was merely searching for a friend. To verify her claims, police instructed dispatch to call her number, which prompted Gutierrez to answer and feign a conversation with her friend.

The affidavit reveals that between 11:45 p.m. on March 6 and 1:39 a.m. on March 7, Gutierrez called 911 a total of 18 times. When questioned about her alarming reports, she stated that her intention was to ensure police assistance in finding her friend.

During the interaction, officers noted that Gutierrez exhibited signs of being under the influence of alcohol and was confrontational. Ultimately, she was arrested after police determined that she posed a danger to herself.
