Pizza delivery driver robbed in east Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - A pizza delivery driver was robbed during a delivery in Sioux Falls on Thursday night, according to police reports. The incident took place around 9:45 p.m. in the 200 block of North Sandberg Drive.
Public Information Officer Sam Clemens stated that the delivery driver was approached by three men who implied they were armed. Although the driver did not actually see a gun, he reported that the men managed to steal a small amount of cash from him.
While police have not revealed the precise amount taken, they indicated that it falls under the misdemeanor threshold, which is defined as any amount less than $1,000. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident.
