The Texarkana Texas Police Department (TTPD) is seeking the public's assistance in locating 20-year-old Omarion Owens, who is wanted for allegedly wounding a woman and her 10-year-old daughter while they slept. The shooting occurred on the morning of March 14, 2025, when over 60 rounds were fired into their home within a span of just 11 seconds.

The young girl remains in critical condition at a local hospital but is reportedly showing signs of improvement.
