Fatal shooting in Nutter Park ends with arrest of armed suspect

Delaware State Police have arrested 23-year-old Johnathan Dugazon of Seaford in connection with a shooting incident at Nutter Park earlier this month, which resulted in one death and three injuries. Dugazon was apprehended without incident on March 24 by Seaford Police and faces serious charges, including First-Degree Murder.
