Four human trafficking victims rescued from massage parlor in Jeffersonville

Four human trafficking victims were rescued from a massage parlor in Jeffersonville, Indiana, as part of an investigation prompted by community tips, according to the Jeffersonville Police Department. The inquiry focused on the Eva Message business located on East 10th Street due to reports of suspicious activity.
On Monday morning, police from various southern Indiana departments executed search warrants, leading to the discovery of victims at two establishments: Eva Message in Jeffersonville and another site in nearby New Albany. The authorities provided medical care and support to the survivors.
Further investigation confirmed that the victims had experienced both labor and sex trafficking. The operation's findings highlighted the severity of the crimes taking place within the businesses involved.
As a result of the investigation, 62-year-old Xing Song was arrested and faced multiple charges, including felony promoting human sexual trafficking, promoting prostitution, and corrupt business influence.
The Jeffersonville Police Department is urging anyone with additional information about the case to reach out to their Detective Division or Dispatch Center for assistance.
