On March 25, 2025, 24-year-old Hayden S. Crow from Paragould, Arkansas, was arrested by the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the United States Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. His apprehension occurred at a residence located in the Town of Sterling.

Sheriff Brian Schenck stated that Crow had been evading law enforcement due to a Violation of Parole Warrant from Arkansas, which made his extradition possible across state lines.

In addition to the parole violation, Crow faces several serious charges in Arkansas, including two counts of theft of property, theft of a firearm, four counts of theft involving debit cards, and illegal possession of a firearm.

Currently, Crow is being held at Cayuga County Jail under a Fugitive from Justice Warrant. He awaits extradition proceedings to return to Arkansas to face the charges against him.

Authorities continue to work together to ensure that individuals who evade justice are apprehended and brought to account for their actions.
