18-year-old, Amarillo juvenile arrested, charged with overnight burglary in Clovis

Two suspects, an 18-year-old named Latreveon Frohnhofer and a juvenile runaway from Amarillo, were arrested after Clovis Police responded to a burglary alarm at Hilltop Bottle Shop on West 22nd Street around 3:45 a.m. Police discovered a broken window and found the suspects inside the store with a bag containing various nicotine vapes and some alcohol.

Frohnhofer admitted to previously burglarizing the same establishment in September 2024. The juvenile was taken to Lea County Juvenile Detention Center and faces multiple charges, including burglary, conspiracy to burglary, criminal damage, and resisting or evading police.

Frohnhofer was booked into the Curry County Detention Center on charges of burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and criminal damage under $1,000. Previous charges related to the September burglary are still under review by the District Attorney's Office.
