Police have located the two teenagers who are persons of interest in the fatal stabbing of a California woman in Washington City. On Thursday, the Washington City Police Department announced that the teens were discovered in Los Angeles County on Wednesday night, unharmed.

The two teens had been visiting Utah with the 47-year-old woman from California between March 20 and March 23, according to Lt. Kory Klotz of the Washington City Police Department. On Sunday morning, investigators located the rental car used by the trio in California, and it was reported that they were last seen in Bellflower, California.

Evidence indicates that there was no forced entry into the vacation home where the woman was staying with the teens. The police seek to interview the two teenagers, as they are not considered suspects in the woman's death, but their insights may help clarify the circumstances surrounding the incident.

On Sunday, authorities received a call from vacation home cleaners who discovered the woman on the floor with multiple stab wounds; unfortunately, she was pronounced dead at the scene. During their stay, the group had been visiting national parks in both Utah and Arizona.

The investigation is ongoing, and while the authorities have not yet identified the deceased woman, both federal and California law enforcement agencies are assisting Washington City police in their efforts to gather more information.
