Road rage investigation leads to drug-related arrest in South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT (WFSB) - A road rage investigation in South Windsor led to drug-related charges against a Stafford Springs man. Police arrested 46-year-old Lee Skinner after responding to an incident on Route 74 near the Ellington town line.
During the investigation, officers discovered that Skinner had damaged the victim's vehicle by breaking its mirror. As they continued to examine the situation, they searched Skinner's vehicle and found a black zippered case containing drug paraphernalia.
Inside the case, authorities discovered a bent spoon and a foldable scale, both of which were covered in a white powder. This evidence prompted police to charge Skinner with the use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree breach of peace.
Skinner was subsequently arrested and released on a $1,000 bond. His court appearance is set for April 9 at the Manchester Superior Court, where he will face the charges against him.
