A Fremont man has been arrested and charged after allegedly filming himself engaging in sexual acts with a dog. Jeremy Lippincott, 30, faces charges of indecency with an animal and cruel neglect of an animal, both classified as misdemeanors.

The investigation began in late February when authorities learned of a video depicting the abuse. Officers traced the footage to a residence in Fremont, where Lippincott reportedly filmed himself having sexual intercourse with a 6-year-old chocolate Labrador. Officials believe the video was recorded in mid-January.

Law enforcement was able to identify Lippincott through distinct tattoos visible in the video. Reports indicate that he may have been under the influence of DMT, a psychedelic substance, during the incident.

Following the identification, police executed a search warrant on March 9 and seized three dogs from the property, including the one that was abused, placing them in protective custody.

Lippincott appeared in court on March 18, where his bond was set at $50,000, requiring him to maintain no contact with animals. He remains in custody at the Dodge County Jail and is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on April 1.
