Philadelphia police are seeking public assistance in identifying a burglary suspect who was caught on surveillance camera with a clear close-up of his face. The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday on 5th Street between West Duncannon and West Ashdale streets, where the suspect caused significant damage and made off with cash.
