Man injured in Raleigh shooting, 1 person in custody

RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- A shooting in Raleigh on Friday evening left one person injured. Police responded to the incident in the 5900 block of Applewood Lane around 8:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was promptly taken to a nearby hospital, and authorities reported that his injuries are non-life-threatening.
