Teenagers arrested after shots fired near Big Four Bridge

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- An altercation near the Big Four Bridge late Friday night resulted in shots being fired, leading to the arrest of three teenagers by the Louisville Metro Police. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. when officers patrolling the Waterfront area heard the gunfire.
According to LMPD, the shooting involved two groups of minors and young adults who exchanged fire before fleeing the scene. Fortunately, authorities have reported that no injuries resulted from the incident.
In the course of the investigation, officers took three suspects into custody, with their ages ranging from 13 to 16 years old. Law enforcement also seized one firearm in connection with the shooting.
