Heritage Academy Student Arrested for Making School Shooting Threat - Internewscast Journal

A Heritage Academy student in Augusta, Georgia, has been arrested following a terroristic threat made during class. The incident took place at the school on Greene Street when a 14-year-old became upset and expressed a desire to "shoot the school up."
The Richmond County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation after the threat was reported. Authorities conducted an interview with the student, who admitted to making the statement, leading to the arrest of the juvenile. The student has been charged with Terroristic Threats and Acts and is currently being held at the Regional Youth Detention Center.
