She lost two cars to mysterious fires in four months. Now she fears she's being targeted.

A Phoenix woman, Stephanie Mosteller, is living in fear after two of her vehicles caught fire under suspicious circumstances within four months. Mosteller's latest vehicle, a Dodge Charger purchased just a month ago, was completely destroyed in an early morning blaze that left it inoperable. The mysterious fire has her questioning whether someone is deliberately targeting her, especially since her previous car, a Toyota Prius, also burned in the same area last December.
Mosteller was devastated to find her Dodge Charger in flames with extensive damage, including a damaged engine and broken windows. She expressed her frustration, stating that there had been no previous electrical issues that could have explained the fire, leading her to consider the possibility of arson. "It's completely burnt. There were flames extremely high," she said, highlighting the shock of losing a second car so soon after the first incident.
Her experience has left her feeling particularly vulnerable. Mosteller noted the unnerving similarities between the two incidents, leading her to believe that the first fire might have been intentionally set. Reflecting on her situation, she said, "Now that it's happened again, I do feel targeted and unsafe." Despite considering her social connections in Arizona, she could not identify any potential enemies or conflicts.
The Phoenix police are currently investigating the fires but have not confirmed whether arson is involved. Mosteller mentioned that an arson investigator was engaged following the first incident, but as of now, there are no definitive answers. This lack of information has left her feeling exposed and anxious about her safety.
"I feel scared honestly for my life," Mosteller shared. The psychological toll of these events weighs heavily on her, as she worries about the potential for further harm. As she seeks support to recover from this distressing situation, her story raises awareness about the fear and uncertainty that can follow such traumatic experiences.
