French bulldog rescued after being 'dognapped' in Prescott Valley

A woman in Prescott Valley, AZ, experienced a traumatic incident earlier this month when her French Bulldog, Kimber, was reportedly dognapped. On March 18, Kimber's owner, Austin Evanson, left her truck running outside a convenience store while she went inside to buy a drink. Upon returning, she discovered that Kimber had rolled down the window and jumped out.
