Man killed at North Las Vegas casino identified as ex-mayoral candidate's son

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The Clark County Coroner's Office has identified the victim of a deadly shooting at the Aliante Casino in North Las Vegas as 23-year-old Na'Onche Osborne. The coroner confirmed that Osborne died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his death has been ruled a homicide.
Osborne was known to be the son of Pat Spearman, a former candidate for North Las Vegas mayor. His background includes a prior incident in October 2022, where he was reportedly involved in a shooting at Spearman's home. An arrest report from that case indicated that a confrontation arose over Osborne allegedly smoking marijuana in front of a child, but he survived that encounter.
On the day of the recent shooting, a manhunt ensued for 19-year-old Aerion Warmsley, who has been accused of killing Osborne. The pursuit extended across the valley and involved multiple law enforcement agencies.
During the chase, it was reported that Warmsley committed at least three carjackings, highlighting the chaotic nature of the pursuit. Law enforcement ultimately apprehended him in connection with Osborne's death.
As the investigation unfolds, the community grapples with the tragic loss of a young life and the impact of violence in the area.
