Alliance Police arrest man allegedly trying to break into cars at University of Mount Union

Body camera footage released by the police shows officers confronting Noah Bainbridge, 26, of Salem, after suspects appeared in the vicinity. When asked if he was trying to break into cars, Bainbridge provided a false name and fled on foot.
Officers attempted to subdue him with a Taser but were unsuccessful. They ultimately apprehended him on South Rockhill Avenue, showcasing a physical takedown over a fence into a nearby backyard, as detailed in the police report.
