Man arrested after allegedly shooting towards kids playing ball in Clay County, sheriff's office reports

A man in Clay County, Kentucky, has been arrested for allegedly shooting at two juveniles playing ball. The incident occurred on Saturday, with 54-year-old Timmy Madden from Manchester charged with first-degree wanton endangerment for discharging a firearm.
The Clay County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of the shooting at a residence on Crane Creek Road. According to the complaint, Madden fired four shots from his home towards the children playing in the driveway.
The caller provided video evidence showing Madden using a .22 LR Heritage pistol to shoot twice in the direction of the juveniles. This footage played a significant role in the investigation.
Upon reviewing the video, authorities placed Madden under arrest without any further incident.
No injuries were reported as a result of the shooting, but the case highlights concerns about firearm safety and the reckless endangerment of children.
