Two shot to death in Seattle nightclub parking lot, suspect on the run

Two individuals were fatally shot in a nightclub parking lot in Seattle's Rainier Beach neighborhood early Sunday morning, which has prompted a double homicide investigation by local authorities. The Seattle Police Department received reports of the shooting around 3:30 a.m. and dispatched officers to the scene located in the 9200 block of Rainier Ave. S.
Upon arrival, officers found a security guard with multiple gunshot wounds and began providing immediate medical assistance. During their efforts, they also discovered another victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Tragically, the young man was pronounced dead at the scene by the Seattle Fire Department.
The security guard was transported to Harborview Medical Center but later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by medical professionals. The shooting has left the community in shock and mourning, as details concerning the victims begin to emerge.
