Deputies looking for men considered to be armed and dangerous

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in identifying two suspects involved in an attempted armed robbery and aggravated assault that occurred on Saturday. The incident took place in the 3700 block of Wheeler Road, where deputies responded to reports of the crime.
Upon arrival, officers learned that the suspects approached the victim and demanded his chain while brandishing handguns. The victim refused to comply and attempted to flee, prompting the suspects to pursue him while firing shots. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries from the encounter.
Investigators have managed to capture still images of the suspects from surveillance footage provided by a nearby business. Authorities indicate that the suspects are known to frequent the area around Spicewood Drive and should be regarded as armed and dangerous.
