Police arrest man with duffel bag full of guns and drug in Ansonia

ANSONIA, CT (WFSB) - In May 2024, police responded to a complaint about a duffel bag left in the hallway of an apartment building on Main St., which contained drugs and firearms.

The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Geoffrey Feliciano from Ansonia, was linked to the bag. Authorities discovered seven firearms, various drugs including cocaine, marijuana, fentanyl, methamphetamine, tramadol, and ecstasy, as well as drug packaging materials inside.

Among the seized firearms, one gun was found to have been reported stolen from Trumbull back in 2003.

Feliciano has been charged with multiple offenses related to firearms and drug possession.

He posted a $100,000 bond and is set to appear in court on April 9.
