2 teens arrested for murder after shooting at Rossi Park: BPD

Two teenagers have been charged with murder following a shooting incident that took place in Bradenton, Florida, leaving one individual dead and two others injured. The gunfire erupted at Rossi Park along the Bradenton Riverwalk early Sunday morning, prompting police to respond shortly after 4 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered three people had been shot. Investigators report that 21-year-old Wilfredo Allende succumbed to his injuries shortly after being taken to the hospital. The shooting incident has led to the arrest of two suspects, 18-year-old Frederick Kelly and 17-year-old Jon'ques Jones.
Both Kelly and Jones are facing charges of second-degree murder. In addition, Jones is charged with aggravated battery. The police have stated that the circumstances surrounding the shooting involved an exchange of gunfire, during which another individual shot Jones in self-defense.
