CHAU AL CURRO DE LA VTV. INVITAMOS A TALLERES Y CONCESIONARIOS A INSCRIBIRSE EN EL REGISTRO DE TALLERES DE RTO. Tal como anticipó el Jefe de Gabinete @madorni, la resolución 32/2026, con firma del Secretario de Transporte Mariano Plencovich, abre el registro para los talleres de revisión técnica obligatoria (RTO, también conocida como VTV), cumpliendo un pedido eterno de la población: hacer la VTV más sencilla, más barata, poder hacerla con la revisión del vehículo (por ejemplo cuando se hace el service o cambio de aceite), y no sentir que se había armado un negocio que no servía otro propósito que esquilmar al ciudadano. Tener un club cerrado para ofrecer este trámite es el tipo de privilegios que el presidente @JMilei vino a eliminar. Los talleres que se inscriban podrán realizar la revisión de todo tipo de vehículos: particulares, de carga y de transporte de pasajeros. Se trata de un registro simplificado al que se accede entrando al link: https://t.co/eoQDZ1e2pd. Ahora la pelota está en los concesionarios y talleres que quieran y puedan sumarse a la movida. Todos aquellos que cuenten con un ingeniero, y con el siguiente equipamiento: frenómetro; alineador de faros; detector de holguras; dispositivo para verificar la alineación de dirección; decibelímetro; analizador de humos y gases de escape; dispositivo de control de amortiguación; y calibre para medir la profundidad del dibujo de los neumáticos podrán otorgar la RTO. Con esto abrimos la competencia en la revisión técnica y se cae uno de lo trámites más odiados por la población. Obviamente, más talleres habilitados implica más oferta, menor costo y mayor cercanía. VLLC! No fue fácil llegar hasta acá. Implementamos e informamos esto el año pasado con el Decreto 196/25. Pero luego los talleres de RTO, en particular CATRAI (Cámara Argentina de Talleres de Revisión de Autotransporte Interjurisdiccional) fueron a la justicia para evitar la competencia, obteniendo una cautelar que luego de un largo derrotero, pudimos finalmente levantar. Algún día habrá que evaluar que valor aportan estas cámaras cuyo único fin es preservar un privilegio que atenta contra el bolsillo de los argentinos.
