OKR4V stated that the players felt more pressure from their own fans than from the Bombonera and entered nervously. He mentioned that Thiago Mendes participated little and avoided the ball, criticized Adson and Saldivia, and assessed that DVD had space due to a lack of options in the squad. He praised Hinnestroza and said he did not know what position Bruno Duarte was playing. The author praised the fans but stated that, without Colidio and Andres Gomez, the team did not know how to play. According to him, the entry of the reserve right-back reminded the team that they needed to mark; Bruno Duarte had left Paredes alone, who scored after a serious mistake by Léo, whom he called the best-paid goalkeeper in Brazil. Despite this, he pointed to Saldivia as the main reason for the defeat and described his performance as frightening. OKR4V called the result shameful, saying that the team had won at the Bombonera and only needed to draw, being able to lose by one goal to take the decision to penalties. He hoped that the defeat would serve as a lesson and stated that the squad was worn out, but now could focus on the Brazilian Championship and the Copa do Brasil. The author also expressed belief that Vasco would compete in a semifinal again and fight for titles. He stated that the team was not yet at the current level of Palmeiras and Flamengo, but had been competing for titles for three years and was strengthening the squad. He said that the defeat affected him less than the one the previous year because he believed that a conquest was close. #Futebol #Torcida #CopaDoBrasil (translated)
