G2 Akita apologized for her team's performance at Worlds, believing they could have done better. She stated that her teammates received death threats and other threats accompanied by a purple heart after the announcement of their participation in the São Paulo competition. She also reported hearing many insults from the crowd during the matches. Akita explained that these behaviors, combined with what she felt was a lack of support throughout the year, led her to doubt the value of her work and the team's efforts. She praised her teammates and expressed gratitude for experiencing this adventure alongside them. She finally reminded that behind the results are hours of work, passion, and people, and she expressed hope that the public would take this into account. #esport #solidarité #respect (translated)
