There are teams already signing players, like Heretics signing Hiro and M8 signing Alfajer/Kaplan because they understand that they will be partners no matter what. The teams that are in doubt cannot move as aggressively because you cannot profit from such expensive players if you don't end up being a partner, so they are clearly at a disadvantage.
