Three honorable senators of Romania have submitted a legislative initiative which, if voted on, would change the foundations of our criminal policy regarding drug-related issues: the three whose names must indeed be remembered in the dark history books of Dâmbovița (Cătălin-Daniel Fenechiu – PNL, Cristian Ghinea -USR, and Victoria Stoiciu – independent senator) want to legislate so that the possession, purchase, cultivation, and other types of operations personally conducted in this noble field of essential concerns for the well-being and prosperity of the nation will no longer be criminal offenses, regardless of whether they involve low-risk or high-risk drugs. #droguri #legislație #România (translated)
