In recent years, the army has built up information and cyber forces and trained specialists for these tasks. Hlaváč mentioned that the previous day he visited their command and the 92nd Cyber Warfare Group. According to him, their members protected military networks and weapon systems, assessed threats, and provided commanders with the materials needed for decision-making. V reakci na včerejší článek pana Ondřeje Stratilíka na https://t.co/RWno59fhmq bych rád uvedl některé informace na pravou míru: Článek „Hlavní velitel EU přijel jednat se šéfem české armády. Kvůli Zůnovi se schůzka nekonala“⁠ Žádná schůzka s hlavním vojenským představitelem EU nebyla předem dlouhodobě naplánována ani dlouhodobě domlouvána. Při příjezdu na summit se mi pouze ozval s tím, že by mě rád pozdravil. Šlo o běžný, neformální kontakt. V danou chvíli jsem potřeboval jednat s vedením Ministerstva obrany, a proto jsem následně navrhl možnost krátkého setkání. Ani to už ale časově nevyšlo, protože se nám nepodařilo sladit programy. To je celé. Není pravda, že bych kvůli jednání s ministrem zrušil nebo nestihl předem domluvenou schůzku. Žádná taková schůzka v programu nebyla. Na podobných mezinárodních akcích se běžně stává, že se dva lidé chtějí pozdravit nebo krátce setkat, ale kvůli nabitému programu se jejich časové možnosti nakonec nepotkají. Není za tím nic víc. Stejně tak proto nebyl důvod, aby o této neformální možnosti setkání ministr obrany předem věděl. Nešlo o plánované jednání, které by bylo součástí oficiálního programu. Pokud článek vytváří dojem, že ministr Zůna svým jednáním způsobil, že se plánovaná schůzka neuskutečnila, tento dojem neodpovídá realitě. #politika #armáda #EU
