Petrik Sander

This is not a matter of course, as we appeared today. The team believed in its quality. We wanted to press high, took the lead, and that gave us security. Magdeburg coach Petrik Sander (65) enthuses after the victory: "This is not a matter of course, as we appeared today. The team believed in its quality. We wanted to press high, took the lead, and that gave us security." #1FCMagdeburg #ZweiteLiga #Fußball (translated)

It would have been an easier story for us with Christian Titz on the sidelines. We would have known better what to expect. Now we are fishing somewhat in murky waters. Sander admits in response to BILD's inquiry: “It would have been an easier story for us with Christian Titz on the sidelines. We would have known better what to expect. Now we are fishing somewhat in murky waters.” We have left no stone unturned and have also looked at this game on site. We analyzed it properly with the boys and prepared them accordingly. The team remains the same. That is the only constant you have. It is clear that in this phase, with colds and the weather, there can be a few things that can also happen relatively quickly and at short notice. But we will bring a strong team onto the pitch. #1FCMagdeburg #Hannover96 #SandroWagner (translated)
