You'd be wrong: the Likud end of the Zionist movement are ethnonationalist supremacists who have more in common with Nazis than secular Jews. As far as they're concerned their secular co-religionists are traitors. Fascists have an affinity for their own kind.

Oh for the love of…you'd think Israel, of all governments, would be wary of stirring up hatred against others by quite literally playing into "the jews are behind it all" fever dream narratives of the far right. Not just evil, but arrantly stupid.

Hopefully the *outgoing* Israeli government, but I trust the left to steal defeat from the laws of victory (again), just so they don't have to form a coalition with the Palestinian parties.
