Diafaneia

Diafaneia reported that it had installed a system that read all of Diavgeia every 15 minutes, around the clock, and that it was now sending notifications only for those relevant to each user. It added that the notifications were free. #Διαφάνεια #Ενημέρωση #Τεχνολογία (translated)

Diafaneia reported that the previous day it had published a post about transparency, without expecting a response. According to it, in less than 24 hours the initiative gained over 480 new users and collected nearly 2,000 questions about where public money is going. It stated that behind the initiative there was not an institute, but a person who believed that transparency should be understandable to everyone and not just to those who had time to search for information in PDFs. Finally, it thanked the supporters of the initiative. #Διαφάνεια #ΔημόσιεςΥπηρεσίες #Διαύγεια (translated)

We created an AI that can "read" the entire Diavgeia. Not just the amounts and the metadata. But also the PDFs of the decisions and contracts. Here's how we did it 🧵👇 #AI #Διαφάνεια #Τεχνολογία (translated)
