One of the most important natural resources of our country is the avifauna. Yes, those millions of wings flying above Romania, birds that are concentrated in a few places and attract thousands of foreign tourists like a magnet. Perhaps it's better to say they should attract, we should have many more foreign tourists coming to see the beauty and natural wealth of the country. The Danube Delta with its surroundings is an incredible treasure. Over 360 species of birds, mammals, and insects, rich flora, landscapes like no other in Europe.... Why are we missing tourists? There are a few companies that bring foreign tourists from abroad, but if we compare ourselves to the Spaniards, Bulgarians even, the Dutch, we are like dwarfs even though we should be the first. Our absence from specialized tourism fairs, the lack of internal alliances to participate together, the lack of promotion makes many tourists choose other countries (which are aggressively promoted at tourism fairs).
