Βοηθά τους πυροσβέστες που αυτονόητα δεν μπορούν να γνωρίζουν την ακριβή μικρογεωγραφία κάθε τόπου, τους αγροτικούς δρόμους κλπ. Κατά κόσμον Επιπυραγός Γιώργος Αναγνωστάκος. 26 χρόνια πυροσβέστης, καταγόμενος από την Ιερισσό της Χαλκιδικής έχει οργώσει με τα πόδια τον χώρο ευθύνης του. Για χρόνια η Χαλκιδική δεν είχε απειληθεί από μεγάλη φωτιά γιατί ο Sifou (για εμάς που τον ξέρουμε) με το που ξεσπούσε ήταν εκεί με ομάδα του να την σβήσει. Χθες ήταν από τους κύριους συντονιστές των πυροσβεστικών ομάδων που από τη μία αντιμετώπιζαν την φωτιά και από την άλλη της διάσωσης των χιλιάδων που έπρεπε να μετακινηθούν. Ο Sifou εκτός των άλλων δίνει στην περιοχή μαθήματα αυτοάμυνας και.... στο παρελθόν έχει παίξει και σε ταινία δράσης του Hollywood.
