Όμως, εφόσον τα αδικήματα για τα οποία συνελήφθησαν είναι πολύ σοβαρά και τα σε βάρος τους στοιχεία ήταν τόσο ισχυρά, ώστε να οδηγήσουν στην προφυλάκισή τους, η αρμόδια Εισαγγελική Αρχή θα έπρεπε να εκδώσει ειδική διάταξη και εν συνεχεία, η Ελληνική Αστυνομία να αναρτήσει στην ιστοσελίδα της τα στοιχεία ταυτότητας και τις φωτογραφίες τους και, να αποστείλει το σχετικό δελτίο τύπου στα ΜΜΕ. 🔴Επίσης, σκοπός της κοινοποίησης των στοιχείων των συλληφθέντων - προφυλακισθέντων για σοβαρά αδικήματα, είναι και η αναζήτηση πληροφοριών από πολίτες, που μπορεί να τους αναγνωρίσουν ως δράστες κι άλλων εγκληματικών ενεργειών. Στο σημείο αυτό, θα πρέπει να τονίσω ότι πολλές τρομοκρατικές ενέργειες παραμένουν ακόμα ανεξιχνίαστες. Ως εκ τούτου, στην περίπτωσή τους, ο νόμος επιβάλλει την δημοσίευση στοιχείων ταυτότητας και φωτογραφιών. 🔴Εδώ, λοιπόν, προκύπτουν πολλά ερωτήματα!
