Между другото, наистина Асен Василев е "виновен" за новият дълг. Като вдигна средната пенсия на 2 млн. пенсионера с около 500 лв (на практика я удвои), той свали от масата за крадене около 10 млрд. лв годишно (сега отиват за пенсии). Не само това, но и наложи т.нар. "Швейцарско правило" за автоматично повишаване на пенсиите всека година. Според Швейцарското правило пенсиите се увеличават пропорционално на 1) инфлацията и 2) повишението на средната за плата от предната година. Правилото е замислено да е устойчиво: 1) и 2) увеличават данъчните приходи. Швейцарското правило автоматично пренасочвка част от тея увеличени приходи на държавата към пенсионерите. Така увеличението вече не може да отиде при олигархията (както ставаше при Борисов, който на практика беше замразил пенсиите). С други думи, швейцарското правило затруднява краденето. Какъв е изходът? Нов дълг. Та в тоя смисъл Асен Василев е виновен, за новият дълг. Виновен е, че направи кражбата по-трудна и -- като принуди правителствата на мафията да теглят дълг, за да крадат -- по-очевидна.
