We have many good officiating teams in Germany, this one today does not belong to that group. Besides their obvious lack of quality, especially for such a top match, it is mainly their arrogant, spoiled attitude that drives a player to white heat. They already officiated against us in Göppingen. They did not present a good image there either. I feel they already tried to take points away from us there. Wolff, who was awarded the Fair Play Prize of German Sports in 2023, commented to the Kieler Nachrichten about the referees after the match: "We have many good officiating teams in Germany, this one today does not belong to that group.
