New details have emerged surrounding chef Anne Burrell's death last year at age 55. In a new report obtained by PEOPLE, the New York Police Department confirmed that a "suicidal note" left in the in the primary bedroom of Burrell's home in Brooklyn, New York, was found by an investigator following her death on June 17, 2025.
