Charles Milliard criticized the Premier of Quebec for not participating in the Canada-EU summit organized in Quebec, even though he claimed to want to meet European leaders. He stated that a letter does not replace being present at the table and that diplomacy involves building relationships and defending one's interests, rather than sulking due to a lack of a microphone. According to him, Quebec's partners would be present, while the Premier would leave his chair empty. Milliard asserted that the absence amounted to a loss and condemned a lack of leadership. #PLQ #PolQc #AssNat #PolQc #AssNat #Diplomatie (translated)
