Ilaria Salis wrote that the tricolor flag with the red star, associated with the Garibaldi Brigades, should be waved with pride. She defined the partisans as the true patriots, stating that they had freed Italy from Nazifascism, unlike those who, according to her, had led the country to ruin and had placed themselves at the service of the German occupier. Salis asserted that antifascism had won and noted that there were still those who could not accept it. #Antifascismo #BrigateGaribaldi #Italia (translated)
