Em manifestação protocolada conjuntamente nesta quarta-feira, 3 de setembro, 777 Carioca, Vasco e Vasco SAF informaram à Justiça que chegaram a uma “solução consensual”. Diante disso, a empresa que representa a 777 formalizou a desistência da ação, enquanto o Vasco e a SAF declararam concordância expressa com o pedido. As partes solicitaram a extinção do processo com base no artigo 485, inciso VIII, do Código de Processo Civil, sem condenação ao pagamento de honorários de sucumbência.
