El Supremo ha puesto freno, en una decisión muy valiente y sin precedentes, de siete magistrados de la Sala Tercera, a un intento de pucherazo electoral (destapado en @eldebate_com por mi compañera @IsabelDuran_ ) a través de la Ley de Nietos. ¿Cómo? Admitiendo medidas cautelares que suspenden los efectos electorales de la nacionalidad española obtenida por descendientes de españoles emigrados por razones económicas que el Parlamento no aprobó dentro de la disposición adicional octava de la Ley de Memoria Democrática. ¿Que implica? Lo primero, congelar la inscripción censal de quienes hayan obtenido la nacionalidad por esta vía, pero que todavía no habían sido inscritos en el CERA, hasta que se dicte sentencia firme. Lo segundo, para quienes ya hayan sido incorporados al CERA que no podrán votar en ninguna convocatoria electoral próxima, hasta que se dicte sentencia, con las excepciones que establece el propio auto del Supremo.
