Simon Podnar has proposed a referendum on the abolition of the fee that cable operators and thus viewers are supposed to pay to Pro Plus for the channels POP TV, Kanal A, KINO, BRIO, OTO, and Astra. He wrote that everyone should decide for themselves what to watch and pay for. #referendum #gledanje #mediji (translated)

MARKO 3d

Marko wrote that he no longer wants to see violence against viewers, so he urged them to vote four times in favor and support the ban on displays on screens. https://t.co/4x9gIokFsJ #nasilje #gledalci #ukinitev (translated)

Ciril harshly criticized the show about the debate for and against. He wrote that he expected a balanced discussion, but in his opinion, a group of leftist participants and two journalists advocated for the preservation of RTV, which supposedly did not represent half of the citizens from the right political spectrum, even though it was asking them for money. He missed data on the time spent by participants on both sides for their speeches. He believed that the side against should also include 23 minutes, which he estimated were spent by the journalists, as they should have been on that side. He argued that the responses to the comments from the supporters were in the opposite direction, so those responses seemed unnecessary. He mentioned the option "4 x FOR" as the right choice. #RTV #politika #mediji (translated)

Katrca. 3d

Katrca wrote that in yesterday's Planet18 show it was heard that Nika receives money from an Austrian, whose family is said to have gotten rich from gas. She claimed that this family sold gas to concentration camps, where it was used to kill inmates, and labeled Nika's source of funding as blood money. #Planet18 #Nika #krvavidenar (translated)

The author of the post asked Jurij whether he thinks that the supporters of 4× ZA do not have "their heads and hearts in the right place." He wrote that he pays the same for a theater ticket as the people Jurij defends, and asked if that means his conviction is worth less. He added that he cannot choose the actors, but he can choose the performances. https://t.co/m4mpQMdv0h #gledališče #pravice #skupnost (translated)

Karli Erdlen wrote that young people do not follow the programs of RTV Slovenia and questioned why they would pay for content that they do not need or use according to him. He believed that those under 30 would not watch Starička or listen to Marcel and predicted that young people would therefore vote for the abolition of the RTV fee. https://t.co/IndkDVNNXd #mladi #RTV #UKINITEV (translated)

Rok Kleindienst accused RTV Slovenija of misleading viewers graphically in a segment that, according to him, was broadcast the day before in the TV Dnevnik program at 7 PM. He noted that at the beginning of the segment, under the campaign poster "Against the Decay of Slovenia," there was a statement that the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia (GZS) would also participate in the campaign. In his opinion, viewers could therefore conclude that the GZS would support the vote against. Kleindienst referred to employees at RTV Slovenija with derogatory, politically charged terms. In doing so, he called for participation in the referendum and voted four times in favor. #RTV #Slovenija #referendum (translated)

Dr. Boštjan M. Zupančič stated that he believes the issue at hand is not personal grievances but rather the professional responsibility of the public media. He noted that Rosvita Pesek hosted a program in which RTV had recorded and prepared a statement from Jože Možina, but did not air it, and the viewers were not presented with the specific insults that are the subject of the dispute. Zupančič felt that RTV Slovenia should have published a correction or supplement, indicated the statements to which the lawsuit pertains, clarified that the label "Liar" was not part of the disputed text, and published or accurately summarized Možina's recorded statement. He called this the minimum professional correction. He added that criticism is legitimate if the public media omits essential facts and the response of the affected party, and that Možina is right at this point. #RTVSlovenija #mediji #profesionalnost (translated)

Jože Možina wrote that he refused to grant clemency to Rosvita Pesek and expected professional responsibility from her. He claimed that RTV Slovenia did not report impartially during the four years of litigation in the dispute between him and Svetlana Makarovič, and that the segment in the show Odmevi omitted his key arguments and recorded statement. Možina stated that the public was presented with a distorted image of the reasons for his lawsuit, as specific insults that are the subject of the dispute were not mentioned, in his words. He added that the events were accurately reported by other media, including POP TV, Siol, Domovina, Planet TV, Info360, Nova24, N1, Slovenske novice, and Delo. He also referred to the position of the Association of Journalists and Publicists. He criticized the response of the host of Odmevi, Rosvita Pesek, and editor of the show, Aleš Malerič, and assessed that a correction and an apology would be appropriate. He emphasized that he is seeking judicial protection to defend his good name, the freedom of the journalistic profession, and the culture of communication. #Novinarstvo #Mediji #Slovenija (translated)

Martin Zver asked non-governmental organizations where they got the money for the referendum campaign when mentioning Miran Videtič. He cited the costs of stalls, t-shirts, leaflets, posters, hired influencers and actors, and media campaigns, which he noted were not small. He asked whether the money came from Cres last week or if it was brought by representatives whom The New York Times referred to as "dark money." #referendum #denar #propaganda (translated)

Bojan Požar noted that the September episode of the podcast Ura resnice on YouTube reached 410 thousand viewers. The June viewership, which was around 340 thousand views on YouTube, was considered by him to be hard to surpass before the start of the autumn-winter season. He also mentioned that the number does not include listens on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, and claimed that Ura resnice is still the most watched political podcast in the country. #podcast #gledanost #jesen (translated)

Uroš Urbanija wrote that Svetlana Makarovič vulgarly and insultingly dealt with Planet TV journalist Sara Grobelšek, who, according to him, asked her a proper question. He expected a unified response from all journalistic associations and a condemnation of the humiliation of journalists. #novinarstvo #spoštovanje #gledališče (translated)

The author 4× ZA 🇸🇮 | NaGla.Si compared the events to a fox investigating another fox while the foxes continue to steal. He wrote that the investigation of the prime minister by the ruling party's MPs was merely a public performance, and, according to him, NGOs remained silent instead of raising questions together with the public, which he referred to as a performance. https://t.co/1A7DcqwYbP #politika #preiskava #javnost (translated)

Franc Breznik wrote that from his own experience at the RTV Slovenia studio, he knew how the setup, timing, and interruptions could affect the impression on viewers and public opinion. He described the upcoming referendum as the first step towards necessary changes and called for a fourfold vote in favor. https://t.co/foi4aB9nTA #referendum #javnomnenje #pluralnost (translated)

This is Klemen Janežič. He is 37 years old. He studied drama and artistic expression at the Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film, and Television. You can't live off this, so he needs your money. In order to reach him, he needs Asta Vrečko from the Ministry of Culture again. Since Asta Vrečko is currently not there, he is now protesting. Go to the referendum and vote 4 times FOR, so that uncultured people stop robbing you. #kultura #umetnost #protest (translated)

F**k you, Zoki! I have you in mind, but you're slowly getting on my "nerves." I grew up in a multicultural environment. The neighbors were Bosniaks, Serbs, Croats, a Macedonian, and one Slovenian who annoyed everyone. I learned one simple thing: roots are like underwear. Everyone has them, no one hides them, but you also don't hang them on the balcony every day for the whole street to see. Stevanović is now the second person in the country. Not the mayor of Foča, not the godfather of the Republic of Srpska, but the president of the Slovenian National Assembly. And he's going for a weekend "to the hills above Tara," where he's randomly godfathering at a church together with a person whom Slovenia has banned from entering the country. In the photos, all the political elite of the Republic of Srpska is there. He writes at home, "beautiful moments with the locals." Dodik posts a video and emphasizes that the president of the Slovenian parliament is there. So: when Dodik is unwanted in Slovenia, Slovenia goes to him. In simple terms: if you're not allowed in a tavern, you send the president of the parliament up there. And this is not a problem of origin. Everyone has roots somewhere. That's not the problem. The problem is that the position of the president of the National Assembly does not have a weekend. There is no "private visit." When you sit in that chair, you are in Slovenia, not Zoran from the neighboring village. Anyone who has at least once watched how the Austrians or Germans handle this should know that. Mr. Stevanović, roots are a beautiful thing. But it's better to water them at home, quietly, as we all do. Not with Dodik on the balcony. #Slovenija #Politika #Multikulturalizem (translated)

In ni edini.

☝️ #korupcija #Slovenija #politika
