Eddy has been living on the 5th floor in one of the social housing blocks of Antwerp's #Luchtbal for 26 years. Since April 17th, the elevator has been broken for the 20 families and elderly residents of the block. A very elderly woman of 95 years had to be evacuated from the 8th floor. (translated)
